Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Stick for Beginners Extremely lightweight. I'm a 50 YO beginner who was using an 85-flex stick and didn't feel like I was getting much power from stick flex on my shots. This 70-flex stick seems much better so far. I definitely have more snap and puck-speed on my wrist and snap shots. I was a bit concerned that the 70-flex would be TOO whippy, but that is certainly NOT the case. I play defense, and this stick certainly holds up to puck battles. Not sure about performance on the slapshot, since I'm still learning that one. Also not sure about durability, since I've only played a few games with this stick. But so far, this is a great purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Stick I have had spent much more on other brands and found this one to be great for a fraction of the price. Been using Winnewell for a few years, I play 2-4 times a week, year round, and usually get 2-6 months a stick, same as the more expensive ones. I may be the only one I know using them but I always recommend them. Light, solid, good life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Quality Stick Most people don't think of Winwell when it comes to quality sticks. Easton, Bauer, and CCM seem to dominate the market, but if you are willing to go out on a limb and try this Winwell, you won't be disappointed. It is a well built stick that looks good as well. Have used it two games and has good "pop" and durability seems great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Stick Blade patterns don't seem to match up perfectly so it took a bit of getting used to handle wise. Quality and weight of the stick are far superior to Bauer and CCM sticks I have used in the past that cost $50+ more. Noticed a big improvement in shot speed and release. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good Picked this stick up on sale upon the recommendation of a friend. So far, so good. A few games in, I'm starting to get a handle for the feel and starting to rack up some goals and assists. Hopefully the trend continues!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Stick This is the 2nd Winnwell stick that I have purchased. The first one lasted 2 years and that is unheard of since i play alot of indoor roller hockey. And this one is just as great. My shots are hard and accurate.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not bad for the price Overall not bad , just the blade is a little long for me . Still getting use to the feel of receiving passes and shooting with it. If it came with a shorter blade I would probably try them again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Snap Shot Easy Great light weight stick for making snap shots, as well, as making and receiving passes. Two of my team mates and I enjoy the value and the capabilities of the stick.

The description says grip coating is available. I don't see how to order this feature.
Asked by: Dan_4841
Our apologies - the description should simply have stated "Matte Finish". We do not have the Grip version available at this time.
