If you have a product that you believe is defective, please refer to the warranty information provided by the manufacturer of the product in question. Please follow the warranty procedure that corresponds with your product.

Bauer Warranty Guidelines

Bauer warrants to the original customer only, that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

  • The customer's proof of purchase must accompany all claims.
  • Bauer reserves the right to repair or replace, at their discretion, any product determined to be defective.
  • If it has been determined that the product has been rendered unusable through neglect by the customer or through normal wear and tear, this or any other warranty will not cover the product.
  • All items must be returned to Hockey Giant, with the exception of one piece sticks (OPS) and composite shafts which must go through Bauer's Stick Warranty Service.
  • Inline skate wheels are warranted by the manufacturer of the specific wheel.
  • Please contact the Hockey Giant Customer Service Department regarding all warranties before you ship your items back to be examined.

CCM Warranty Guidelines

CCM/Reebok/Jofa/Maska warrants to the original customer only, that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

  • The customer's proof of purchase must accompany all claims.
  • Maska (CCM/Reebok/Jofa) reserves the right to repair or replace, at their discretion, any product determined to be defective.
  • If it has been determined that the product has been rendered unusable through neglect by the customer or through normal wear and tear, this or any other warranty will not cover the product.
  • All equipment must be returned to Hockey Giant, with the exception of one piece sticks (OPS) and composite shafts which must go through the CCM/Reebok/Jofa/Maska Stick Warranty Service.
  • Inline skate wheel warranties are handled by their respective manufacturers.
  • Please contact the Hockey Giant Customer Service Department regarding all warranties before you ship your items back to be examined.

Tour Warranty Guidelines

The Roller Derby Companies (Tour) require that all products that appear to be defective, with the exception of composite sticks/shafts, be returned to the dealer from whom it was originally purchased along with the original proof of purchase.

  • The customer's proof of purchase must accompany all claims.
  • Tour reserves the right to repair or replace, at their discretion, any product determined to be defective.
  • Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear.
  • If it has been determined that the product has been rendered unusable through neglect by the customer or through normal wear and tear, this or any other warranty will not cover the product.
  • All products under warranty are subject to the dealer's inspections.

Warrior warrants to the original customer only, that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
  • The customer's proof of purchase (the original receipt) must accompany all claims.

  • All Warrior products must be sent directly to Warrior.

To make a return, locate your receipt, visit http://www.warrior.com/USA-Hockey-Returns/returns-warranty-usa-hockey,default,pg.html and fill out the online request form. Wait for an email with an authorization number. Package the defective product with proof of purchase and write your return authorization number, clearly, on the package. You must have an RA# in order to make a return.

Wheels

Wheel Warranty Guidelines

All wheels are warranted against manufacturer defect. All warranties will be voided due to improper use. Inline hockey wheels are designed for a specific skating surface, which is indicated by the durometer rating of the wheel.

  • Indoor wheels (72A - 78A Durometer) are recommended for plastic tile floors, wood floors and smooth, sealed concrete only.
  • Outdoor wheels (80A - 84A Durometer) can be used on all surfaces, but the best results will be achieved on asphalt (82A & 84A Only) and concrete surfaces.
  • Contact the manufacturer of the wheel for warranty information unless directed otherwise.
