Are there minimum orders on product in order to receive a discount?
Yes, there is a twelve piece minimum on most products to receive team discount pricing. You must be ordering for the entire team.
What kind of discount do you offer?
Discounts will vary depending on the product, manufacturer, and quantity. On average, most items are discounted anywhere from 10% to 30% off.
Do I need to put a down payment on my order?
Yes. Full payment is due upon making the order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on where your product is coming from, and whether or not there are customization needs, your order may take up to 4 to 6 weeks under standard shipping procedures. In extreme cases some orders can be shipped sooner.
Will I get to see my logo before you send it to print?
Yes, on all customized orders, you will be able to proof the item or logo prior to a final print.
What is your return policy? Are there restocking fees?
At this time, there are no restocking fees, but your claim must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
What forms of payment can I use?
We except all forms of payment, including check, cash, money orders, and most credit cards.
I already have a logo designed, how can I send it to you and in what format should the file be?
If you already have the logo saved in a vector format as either a Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator format, you can e-mail the file to us.
How do you ship? Can you ship internationally?
We are limited as to the products we can ship internationally, such as CCM, RBK, Nike Bauer, etc. For more info on shipping go to our shipping page.
