When it comes to customizing uniforms there are several different ways to customize that are commonly used. Silk screening, embroidery, tackle twill, heat pressing, and sublimation.

Heat Press
Heat pressing is most commonly used for printing names and numbers on jerseys. A heated press irons the cut-out, vinyl fabric names and numbers directly onto the jersey.

Silk Screen Printing
Silk screening is the most economical, and most common method to print logos on jerseys, T-shirts, sweatshirts, and pants. This method uses special inks applied directly to the garment using screens separated by color. Silk screening prices vary on the number of colors and quantity.

Sublimated
Sublimation is the process of dying logos, names, and numbers directly into the fibers of the fabric. Sublimation is considered to be a newer method of printing graphics onto fabrics in the hockey industry. Sublimation can only be used on 100% polyester fabrics. Sublimation is growing in popularity do to its long lasting, non-fading, and non-cracking properties.

Embroidered
Embroidery is the process of stitching a logo directly onto to a jersey, patches, hats, beanies, bags, polos, and more. Embroidery prices vary depending on stitch count and quantity.

Tackle Twill
Tackle twill is the process of sewing on cut-out cotton tackle twill letters and numbers onto jerseys for a professional look. Most commonly seen on collegiate or professional level team players. Tackle twill prices vary depending on the quantity of numbers or letters and sizing.

All methods listed above can be combined together depending on needs or design. All methods can be directly applied or placed onto a patch to be sewn on later.
