Item Availability

We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. Most items listed on our site are In Stock and ready to ship within 48 business hours. Occasionally, we must fulfill your order from a remote location and there may be a slight delay in shipping the product out to you. Should an item on your order be affected and can not ship within 48 business hours you will be notified by email.

Some items are offered with customization options (heat press, tackle twill, skate sharpening.). If you choose a customization option, please allow for additional time for the item to be customized and shipped to you. The additional time required for customization varies from several days to several weeks depending on the options you choose. Most customizations can be done in 2-3 days.

In-Stock Items

Most items on our site are In-Stock in one of our main warehouses and available for shipment within 48 business hours. We will begin to process your order within 24 hours from being placed online. Your items will be shipped once the item is located in our warehouse, your payment is approved, and the billing/shipping address is verified.

For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday morning that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Special Order Items

We strive to have a wide selection of items online at all times for you to purchase. If you should see an item that is not available in your size please contact Customer Service to inquire about the possibility of special ordering the item. We will be happy to order an item for you if possible. Please be aware that there is a 2-4 week delay in getting in your special order. After which it will be shipped out to you.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

How much is shipping?

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Most orders ship out within 48 business hours. Ground shipments are delivered to customers Tuesday thru Saturday only. Packages shipped with an Express Shipping option will deliver Monday to Friday only.

You will be given the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Three Day, Second Day, or Overnight). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received by 3:00 PM EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Items may be shipped from multiple locations. You will be emailed a tracking number on each shipment once it leaves the warehouse.
