Bought this stick due to its price. The blade cracked the second time out on a slap shot, broke right at the connection point

for a few years I've sworn by the Reebok "3K" as a super value "one piece" stick at a wood stick price. I've noticed minor changes in the stick over time but this past order (bought 3 unfortunately) when they came I noticed the blades are no longer composite or whatever they used to be and are now fiberglass or something with that kind of "texture" to it. They used to last me several months (like 6+) but these new blades on them are ultra cheap and have now split after just maybe 6 or 8 skates and I am absolutely NOT a slap shot kind of guy and so would never expect this quick of a breakdown in the blade. very disappointed in this latest "resistance" version of the 3K. Only thing it is "resistant" to is long term useage!! need to find a new low cost one piece...
