Great Pants For A Great Price

Picked these pants up on sale at my LHS. Slightly better than middle of the line hockey pant for a middle of the line price. The protection of these pants are comporable to some high end pants in other brands. They are a loose fitting pant slightly bulkier than the Eastons I wore before these and where very flexable from day one. They offer very good ventilation and I love the adjustable thigh pads. You can adjust them to just the length and width you like when you first get them and your set. The tailbone protection is like a cup similar to a thin jock cup but much wider and offers Reebok's JDP protection, which I find superior to most other brands, that use a flat piece of segmented hard plastic in that area. The shape of this protector definitely disperses the shock around your spine and tailbone and I haven't felt a thing when I've landed on my butt in a game. Another feature I like is the leg zippers that you can leave open while playing but unlike other pants there is a piece of material behind the zipper to hold it so it doesnt' tear up the zipper line if you get snagged on something. It's made of the same material as the pant shell and is very durable. I highly recommend these pants if your looking for a very protective and reasonalbly priced hockey pant but if you like a slimmer and tighter fit I'd look at something else. Like I said before I find these are a bit on the bulky side but not grossly so.
