Is there a difference in protection level between the Junior and Senior pads? I'm 5'5" and it looks like I could fit in either the Small Senior or XL Junior. Do you have any recommendations?

The Junior and Senior One80 pants have the same specs/features, so you'll get the same level of protection from each. The Junior XL pants will be just a bit shorter and narrower than the Senior Small pants.
