Simple, Creative, and Enhances Deception!
September 5, 2013
Fast Hands is an unbelievably challenging stick handling training aid. Don't let it's simple design fool you! What I love most about Fast Hands is that it allows you to get creative! Fast Hands forces you to be extremely accurate to the touch in order to stick handle through each of the 5 spaces. The design allows for a limitless number of moves and combinations making it impossible to get bored. I could see this being EXTREMELY beneficial when you are trying to weave your way out of corners under pressure. It's all about enhancing your comfort with the puck! Fast Hands definitely does that, and I am so happy to own one!
Pros:
Enhances your feel on the puck as you have to have a soft touch to get flow. Enhances deception when you challenge yourself to fake before going another direction. Helps you weave out of tight spaces when under attack.

Does it come with the video to demonstrate the drills?
By Aaron @ HockeyGiant.com on July 31, 2013

Answer:
Fast Hands Pro Training System comes with an online 25 drill instructional video. Green Biscuit is recommended for a more realistic feel but stickhandling balls also work great!
