I've really enjoyed these pants. The second pair I've worn, the pads cover a good bit of your spine and sides. I have no trouble moving around in these pads. I'm looking to get a new set though because the XL is too big for me now that I'm back to my summer weight. lol

The padding is ok in these pants, but they have no buttons for suspenders and the back/kidney pads stick WAY out behind you, swallowing up your jersey in the process.

These have EXCELLENT mobility, but aren't very well padded compared to most others in this price range.

I got tired on taking pucks where there weren't pads -lots of places on these- and bought some (much better) Rbk 5K's.

Also, these have NO suspender buttons and I couldn't get them to stay on me very well either!!
