SENIOR Hockey Skates
Senior hockey skates are sized to fit adults and full grown teenagers with a Men's US shoe size of 7 or greater.

JUNIOR Hockey Skates
Junior hockey skates are sized to fit kids in the range of approximately 8 to 12 years old with a US shoe size of 2 to 6.5.

YOUTH Hockey Skates
Youth hockey skates are sized to fit toddlers and young children in the age range of approximately 9 years old and younger with a US youth shoe size of 1.5 or smaller.

*Female Skaters*
The difference between men's shoes and women's shoes is 1.5 to 2 sizes. So, if you wear size 9 women's shoes, that translates to a men's size 7.5 or 7.0, which would put you in a size 6 senior hockey skate. More simply put, go 3 sizes down from your women's shoe size in order to find your hockey skate size.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Really like!

These skates are really good. I skate more outside than inside and the 82A wheels that the skate comes with are really durable, and are smooth in sharp turns.

Can you set the wheesl up in a full rocker position on these skates? Thank you for your time.
By Customer Service on March 14, 2014

Answer:
We really don't recommend using a rocker on any of the modern inline skates on the market. From what we've observed, it has only negative effects on your ability to push off, build straightaway speed, make tight turns, and maintain your balance. This is because with a smaller wheel at the front and the back of the skate with larger wheels in the middle, you'll always have at least 1 wheel not touching the skating surface, which means you have 1 less wheel at your disposal with which you can stop, push off, corner, etc.

All of that being said, the standard setup for these skates is 80-80-76-76. So you can fit wheels of that size or smaller in any of those positions, but we really don't recommend it.

What does 6.0 R mean?
By Customer Service on May 20, 2014

Answer:
"R" stands for "Regular" width. 6.0 is the skate size, which is the equivalent of a Men's U.S. 7.5 Shoe. Typically, you'll go 1.5 sizes down from your U.S. Men's Shoe Size in order to get the appropriate skate size.

Would these be ok for constant outdoor use.
By Customer Service on March 20, 2014

Answer:
Yes, the wheels are 82A Outdoor wheels, so they ought to hold up fairly well outdoors. 84A Wheels are ideal, though, for street use.

What does having smaller wheels in the front do?
By Customer Service on April 29, 2014

Answer:
It increases your ability to make tight turns and transitions. The Hi-Lo setup has been around for many, many years and is as popular as the Straight 80mm setup offered by Labeda.
