If you need a stick that will give you a quick release, great puck feel and pinpoint accuracy, the Bauer Vapor X100 Stick is the next best thing to the top of the line Bauer Vapor APX2. In fact, the Vapor X100 Stick shares many features with the APX2 and costs nearly 25% less. At approximately 445 grams, the Vapor X100 Stick is very competitive with top models that are typically in the range of 415 - 430 grams.

One of the features shared by the X100 and APX2 is the Micro Feel II shaft dimensions, which employs rounded corners and double concave walls for a comfortable shaft that is exceptionally easy to control. It also has the Vapor Premium Dual Taper, which is one of the key design features that helps produce a quick and precise shot release. For additional enhancements to the speed of your release, the X100 has Intelli-Sense Shot Technology, which creates multiple kick-points throughout the shaft that engage and load based on bottom hand placement as you shoot. This is a great feature for players who need to "fire from the hip" in a hurry.

A new improvement found only in the Vapor APX2 and X100 is the Aero Foam 3 Blade Core. This blade construction is incredibly effective for reducing vibrations in the blade when you're handling the puck and receiving passes. The blade construction is complemented by the Pure Shot Blade Profile, which keeps the blade from opening up and maximizes power transfer as you're loading up your shot.

What would the comparable Bauer stick be if I typically use Easton 100 flex with P3 Hall blade?

What the difference between this product (vapor x100) and Bauer Supreme 190? Both are priced the same.
By Customer Service on November 28, 2014

The main difference between Vapor and Supreme sticks is the kick point.

Vapor sticks have what Bauer calls "Intellisense", which means that it will respond to bottom hand placement when you're taking a shot and flex at that point of the shaft. Most players find that it feels like a mid to low kick stick, which works well for quick wristers and snap shots.

The Supreme Sticks have an "Amplified" mid kick, which makes them great for slap shots and power generation.

In addition to those differences, Vapor shafts are more rounded on the edges than Supreme Sticks.

They are going to be very comparable sticks in their respective lines. The main difference between the two is going to be the different kickpoints that each of them offer. The Vapor line of Bauer sticks is going to have a low-kick point on them, which allow for quick wrist shots and accurate snapshots. The Supreme line of Bauer sticks is going to a have a mid-kick point, which allows for big slapshots and powerful one-timers.
