SENIOR Hockey Skates
Senior hockey skates are sized to fit adults and full grown teenagers with a Men's US shoe size of 7 or greater.

JUNIOR Hockey Skates
Junior hockey skates are sized to fit kids in the range of approximately 8 to 12 years old with a US shoe size of 2 to 6.5.

YOUTH Hockey Skates
Youth hockey skates are sized to fit toddlers and young children in the age range of approximately 9 years old and younger with a US youth shoe size of 1.5 or smaller.

*Female Skaters*
The difference between men's shoes and women's shoes is 1.5 to 2 sizes. So, if you wear size 9 women's shoes, that translates to a men's size 7.5 or 7.0, which would put you in a size 6 senior hockey skate. More simply put, go 3 sizes down from your women's shoe size in order to find your hockey skate size.

I bought a pair of CCM Vector 03 and they didn't fit very well. I don't know if they were too small or just unconfortable. After returning those I bought the X:30's. So far these skates are great. They fit very good. Skated on them for about 2 hours so far and they are very comfortable. Light, fast, and protect very well. I am starting to get back into hockey and think these are perfect for me. They don't come sharpend so make sure you visit the skate shop to sharpen them before you get out on the ice.

I have been wearing these skates since they came out, excellent performance and light weight. Only issue is that they breakdown pretty quickly, but I am still considering buying another pair.

I bought a cheap pair of skates before deciding this sport was something I wanted to do. After about 3 times and 1 bout of lace bite, I figured I would make the jump to these. Great pair of skates, I could feel my edges much better, and the skates felt like they were apart of me. You can cheap out on some things, but doing so on skates will hurt.

Great skates...make sure to look under the insoles when you take them out of the box I found both caps to the hole through the bottom of the boot were out and sticking into my foot. I think the previous guy talking about the arches hurting his feet needs to see this review.

I play once or twice a week in a fairly competitive men's league and these skates are PERFECT! 100% satisfied with these skates.

The day after getting them baked I skated on them for about about an hour, and again the day after that for about two hours, never once had any pain and it felt as if I'd worn these for years. So very comfortable, light, I just can't say enough about these skates.

If you're buying these online though and not trying them on first, go 2 sizes smaller than your shoes, I wear an 11 shoe and got a size 9 skate. I thought I'd be ok with a size 10 skate, but after trying them on and talking with the awesome guy working at HockeyGiant in Bloomington, I got the 9 and am very very happy.

Excellent Skates
December 2, 2010
Found broken holders on my 13 year old Easton skates as I was about to take the ice. Bought these on the fly at the rink's proshop, has to be the best emergency purchase I ever made! After baking these they fit like I have been wearing them for years. Never owned Bauer skates before, very impressed with the quality and performance. Only drawback I have seen is the silver leather on the sides can get cut easily (Nothing a little superglue on the cut can't fix)

I would highly recommend these, phenomenal skate for the price

Bought these a week ago, had them baked and skated in them that night. Out of the box they felt broken in, great stiff support, I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great skate at a budget price.

Had them baked in-store, got home, wore them around the apartment with some guards for a couple days to break them in, and the first time on the ice these things were doing everything I wanted to do perfectly. Hardly any break in time needed. I'm 6'1" 160 and these guys are more than stiff enough for what I can put on them. Love 'em to death.

These skates are great. The only problem is that in my skates the arch in my right skate is to high so it hurts alot. But you get used to it after 20 mins. Other then that these skates are awsome. They look sick too.

Best Skate

i wear a sz 11 shoe and got these in a 10 D they fit perfect . i was afraid they were going to be narrow but im getting use to the fit. i think the EE might be too wide and thats not got for ur foot to be moving > these are superlight and stiff scored a goal the first time i wore them .

Great skate but NARROW
May 3, 2010
The skate is amazing and very supportive!! The only issue is that the skate is very narrow, my foot measured exactly at a "D" but I still get a tight painful squeeze in the "D" skate even after 2 bakes. Having to sell the skate and get an EE but still keeping the X:30.

Awesome skate
March 4, 2010
Bought these about 3 mos ago and had them baked. Threw a pair of super feet in them and these things are like butter. No foot or ankle pain in the last 3 mos from day 1. The first pair I had for 2 weeks were too long and too narrow (9.5 D) so I went to 9 EE and found the perfect fit. Stiff at first but stiff rocks! I play twice a week and they perform well. I have been hit with many shots on the toe and didnt feel a thing. Nice and light too.
