SENIOR Hockey Skates
Senior hockey skates are sized to fit adults and full grown teenagers with a Men's US shoe size of 7 or greater.

JUNIOR Hockey Skates
Junior hockey skates are sized to fit kids in the range of approximately 8 to 12 years old with a US shoe size of 2 to 6.5.

YOUTH Hockey Skates
Youth hockey skates are sized to fit toddlers and young children in the age range of approximately 9 years old and younger with a US youth shoe size of 1.5 or smaller.

*Female Skaters*
The difference between men's shoes and women's shoes is 1.5 to 2 sizes. So, if you wear size 9 women's shoes, that translates to a men's size 7.5 or 7.0, which would put you in a size 6 senior hockey skate. More simply put, go 3 sizes down from your women's shoe size in order to find your hockey skate size.

New to hockey
October 2, 2011
I really like these skates... I still am learning the game: I still have to learn how to crossover/skate backwards/stop.... They are comfortable for me and I'm 230 lbs... If you are a good skater I would recommend something stiffer, but you really cannot go wrong for the price! They awesome too! I am just someone who uses them at stick n' puck and 3x for an open hockey session... I love the game but will probably not continue... I spent quite a bit of money on equipment but didn't get hosed on these skates.. TOTALLY RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT TO TRY OUT THE GAME LIKE I DID...btw; go FL Panthers!

Not what I had expected
March 15, 2011
I bought a pair of these skates just to have some fun with my kid so I didn't expect anything great for 89.00. The boots are firm but not the most comfortable. The padding could be better but they are not painful. My problem is that the blade on the right skate was popping, maybe loose. I sent them back for a replacement pair. Hockey Giant was great with helping me out. When I got the other pair, the left skate started poping AND the blade was bent. I should've gotten the x30's. Lesson learned.

I played hockey for 10 years growing up as a kid and just got back into it...these skates were pretty uncomfortable for me ...im not sure if it was because im so out of shape and not use to to exercising or becuase these skates are just not comfortable for a bigger guy..for the price though they do seem like a quality skate i just dont find them very comfortable..i just ordered the supreme 180's for a stiffer boot so we'll see what happens.

I havent skated or played hockey in 9+ years. I really liked the look of these skates and they had good reviews. My opinion, these skates are awesome. I heat molded them and after only a few hours of skating, they already have a great feel. Great skate, also had the 1/2 inch sharpening which works great for a beginner.

Good price and pretty sweet skates. They felt great on my foot and did not have a single uncomfortable spot right out of the box. I love them.

Great skates! Really nice light skates! I play forward and the position of the skate holder is great! It's a set position that's like you're ready to pounce. So I wouldn't buy them if you play defense unless you you're younger and not at that high of a level.

Great Price-point skate
October 25, 2010
These skates are actually pretty good. The ankle padding isn't as stiff as I'd like, but as DaMc34 said, what do you expect for $90? 5-6 years ago a skate like this would easily have cost twice as much. Break in was terrible so I just baked them, and they fit fine afterwards. Footbeds are crap. Will replace them with either X60 footbeds or SuperFeet (probably X60). Great skate. Well worth the $90.

Not Bad 4 Price
September 11, 2010
Been using these for 2 months and they feel pretty good. Breaking them in has been a little painful but not that bad. My only complaint with the skate is the ankle padding is a bit lacking but for under $100 I guess I should expect that.

Killed me
April 18, 2010
I bought these from a local store. I was a beginner and the price and the skate looked good. I skated for a week solid trying to learn. My feet killed me, and I couldn't skate for more then 15 minutes at a time. I took them back and exchanged them for a used pair of CCM super tacks. I mastered skating, now even play hockey. I love the CCM's.

Bang for Your Buck
March 29, 2010
Purchased these skates in Feb. They took a few times to break in, after that they worked awsome! Light, flexable, comfortable and at $90 is a deal. However, if your an experianced player I would suggest X40s and higher though. Excellent beginner skate.

Not to good
March 4, 2010
These skates are okay not a really big difference from the x05's. All I can say is that these skates have a little more padding almost the same color as the x05's Not really a big difference If you are looking for skates at a cheap price go with the x05's.

Great Skate!
January 6, 2010
Great skate for the money. Surprisingly light and stiff, I can't tell a weight difference between these and a pair of far pricier skates. Only complaint is the long break-in period. I've put around 20 hours ice time on them and they still don't feel broken in. Will get them baked soon hopefully that helps. Go with these over the 05's for sure.

These skates are very stiff and light, and for a pair of "price point" skates, they feel like their big brothers in the line.
