Will this fit a BHH1500M bauer helmet
By Pat@HockeyGiant on July 15, 2013

Answer:
The Bauer Concept 3 Shield will fit that helmet but since it is a Jr shield, it might be a tight fit with regards to the width. You would probably be better off using a Senior Bauer Concept 3 shield.

Will the Bauer Concept 3 Junior Full Shield fit on my daughters Reebok 7K Medium Helmet?
Or would you recommend the Senior Version of this shield?
By Customer Service on February 11, 2014

Answer:
If the shape of her face is round, the Junior could work, but if she has a longer face, the Senior may be a better choice. One good indicator of the real size and potentially the shape of her head would be to take a look at how far the helmet has been adjusted. If it's fully extended to the largest size, the Senior Shield would be a good choice. If it's been compressed to its smallest setting, she can likely go with the Junior Shield.

They're slightly different shapes and the Concept 3 is said to have improved vision as a result. In addition, the Concept 3 has an upgraded anti-scratch coating.

You make no mention of which hockey helmets these shields are compatible with. Is a Bauer Concept 3 Junior Hockey helmut full shield only compatible with a Bauer Junior size helmet? Can this shield be snugly attached to an Easton helmet or a CCM helmet, etc? This kind of simple information should be included on the web site.

It will fit every Bauer Small and X-Small helmet, as well as most Small and X-Small helmets from every other manufacturer. We're working on a compatibility chart that will include every size and model. Stay tuned!

How do you find out what type and size your helmet is?
By Customer Service on January 27, 2014

Answer:
Hello Kendall,

Let me make sure I understand your question.. Are you asking how to identify the model and size of the helmet you currently own? If so, there ought to be marking on the helmet, usually on the sides or back. If you have a Bauer helmet, there will be a code on the back that will tell you the size and model. It will look something like this:

BHH4500M

That would be a Bauer Hockey Helmet 4500 Medium
