In the description, it says that +1" sizing is standard for the ONE90 pads. Does that mean, for example, that even when listed as 31", they are actually 31+1"?
By Customer Service on May 6, 2014

Yes, that is correct. All of the One90 Leg Pads are +1 pads. We'll get the options updated so that they all show +1. Sorry for the confusion.

my 14 y.o. son has been wearing 33+1 reebok larceny pads and is starting to out grow them.he's 5'7" and growing(most likely will be 5'8"+ during the heart of next season).he is developing more of a b'fly style and wants to switch to these pads.i would think that 35's would be idea (they would fit giving room to grow) but i guess bauer doesn't offer 35 - i would think that 34 may not be that much a difference and 36 would be too would you recommend 34 or 36?
By Customer Service on May 5, 2014

34 Inch pads would give him a decent amount of room if he hasn't completely outgrown the 33 Inch pads yet. Don't worry about the +1 sizing because it won't affect the actual fit of the pads but will simply provide additional length at the top of the pads. He'll likely get good use of the 34 Inch pads until he passes 5'10".
