I recently posted a review about the poor quality of the Bauer Vapor x2.0. I had issues with the skate boot separtating from the toe box on two separate occasions within two months. I warned everyone not to buy this particular skate from bauer. I recently spoke with a representative from the bauer warranty department, I must say i do not believe there is a better team of individuals in the hockey industry then those at bauer. Their team assited in me with my warranty immeadiatley and made things right. they offered to upgrade my skates to something of slightly higher quality free of charge. they shipped them immeadiatly and informed me i would receive them next week. I am extememly happy about the quality of service I received form the this company and will stand behind bauer for the rest of my life,striclty due to the fact that they provide outstanding customer service and stand behind their product 100%. and that is all a consumer can ask for!!!!

These skates are a steal at $99. Hockeygiant sizeing chart is right on the money and they take care of buisness on shipping them ASAP. I am a huge fan of hockeygiant and the service and satisfaction they provide. With the 15% off coupon it made it even better. These skates broke in superfast after baking them for 6 minutes. very very comfortable.

At $99 these skates are a lot of bang for the buck. I needed an upgrade from my 15 year old Tacks but didn't want to break the bank since I'm playing men's rec leagues. These skate go far beyond my needs. Pretty comfortable after about 4 times out. Nice edge and well balanced. Pretty light and very responsive. They're outstanding!!!
