Lots of good things to say about these pants. Light, durable, well ventilated , and they look and feel great. I found the protection at the hips,tailbone, kidney, thigh and back of the legs as good as most high end pants on the market. My only complaint is the thigh padding doesn't seem to curl around to the inside of the leg as extensively as some of it's competitors models and there is no extension of padding of any kind to protect puck inpacts to the inside of the leg area. Perhaps I'm a little anal with this aspect of pant protection as I've taken a number of pucks to the inside of the leg blocking shots. I believe this pant is better suited for a forward as opposed to a defencemen who consistently needs to get into the shooting lanes to block shots. If you are a forward these are an excellent pant however I opted to go for another popular brand that offers me better leg protection at the inside of the leg and equal overall protection at the hip, kidney and tailbone areas. I would, however, highly recommend these pants for any forward playing anywhere up to advanced to pro level hockey.

had the one95 and the total one is far betterl!!! protection is better and weight is less!!! pants moves very well with the motion of body!!!

i using a pair of CCM pants for about 13 years , and i bout these in a medium tall and the fit is unbelievable . they seem like they will last a long time as well. get pants for a defensive player that likes to block shots . no exposed areas to take a puck really just the inside were the zippers are. Im glad i spent the lil extra money on these. anyone else probably would be to.
