I used them for three adult pickup games and the seams came apart in three places. Bad mark on what used to be a good company.

I used these almost 2 seasons before the crotch seam came undone. The hole is too big to use them. Replaced them with the X40s but I probably should have tried a different brand if Bauer's Vapor Pants all have the same issue.

I would have rated it with less stars if I had the seam rip sooner but I did use the pants about 80 times before they ripped.

I am a once a week rec hockey player. My pants did not make it one season. I have had them professional repair twice. I had a new seam give out tonight. Bauer should offer to replace all the defective x30 pants. They obviously have a quality issue with this item. The Bauer x30 pants are Junk!

Another case of seams tearing

Add me to the list of people with torn seams. About 6-8 games into using these, the seams on the front right side near the crotch just started coming undone. Very disappointed in Bauer!

Purchased for my wife who is learning hockey. The seams along the edge of the mesh material around the groin area will tear with even minimal use. She only used them for beginning hockey classes, hasn't even played a game in these and it's already coming apart. Even sent in to Bauer for warranty replacement. Got replacement and no improvement at all, in fact the new tear is even worse at the seams. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! These should be taken off the shelves and returned to Bauer!

Bought for my son for Christmas. After only one month they had a 4 inch hole on the seam, which I repaired. Other side of seam now has a 10 inch hole. I would not recommend.

Fit is great but seams are ripping. Played about 15 times and the pants are shot. Loved the fit but after this I'm going to be looking at other brands cause the X40's look like they will have the same problem.

Bought X30 pants for my 14-yr old son for Christmas and after three weeks, one seam where the mesh and leg meet has completely disintegrated and the other side is starting to fall apart. We'd always had good experiences with Bauer products in the past.

my son is a bantam and has only had these pants for 2 weeks and the seams are already shredding....I don't consider these "cheap" pants and can't see how bauer can make a pant this flimsy......no more bauer for us.

i have the same issue as the rest, pants are shredding at the seams on both legs in the front. my bauer bag is also shredding at the seams. guess you gotta pay bauer if you want good quality, other brands seem to give you the quality starting at the mid - mid/high levels rather than only at the high level. looking at ccm and reebok now.

I play once or twice a week in a Senior League and the pants are already tearing in several spots after only 10-15 games. They are extremely comfortable and seemed like very good pants, but have torn from very little intense ice time.

stiching is weak

I bought these pants a few months ago. I play once a week and after about 10 games the area around the crotch area is tearing. I think the stiching or thread is weak around this area. The pants are comfortable and the price is right.
